Our Graduate Trainee Programme

The NDMA acknowledges that human capital is the most important asset to guarantee efficient and effective success of the Organization, hence the need to attract and retain the most suitable and competent workforce.

NDMA recognizes that it is not always possible to recruit the required staff complement hence the need to introduce the Internship Programme to assist NDMA meet its mandate, whilst giving back to the community in terms of developing the skills set of the candidates. 

The Internship Programme serves as a training platform. Interns on our Internship Programme will have the opportunity to work in a team dedicated to delivering its mandate to the NDMA stakeholders in an efficient and professional manner; whilst grasping skills which they will use as they pursue their future careers.

The Internship Programme is a six (6) – month programme and it is open to the following cadres:

1. Legal Studies / Compliance – one candidate
2. Internal Audit/ Finance – one candidate.
